Hello everyone, we are very excited to invite you to our fun Moms, Kids, Friends Yoga at the Temple in Takarazuka/ Kobe!!

[Date] September 29th Sunday, 10:30 am~12:30 pm.
[Location] Fudoin Temple Takarazuka / Kobe
[Expected Number of participants] 6~10 Japanese families and international families.
[Languages] English and Japanese.

Hi, everyone! A new event at the temple is on the way!
The location is Fudoin Temple Takarazuka / Kobe, a nice temple.
There will be 1 hour yoga class and 1 hour picnic and play outside.
In yoga class moms&kids will connect through yoga poses, games, and relaxing time.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel and comfortable clothes.
During lunch time we'll have a free chat about what it means to be a mindful parent or anything else.
Also, bring your own lunch box and drink and I will bring some romanian hearb tea!
Children just love the process of doing something with moms that put no pressure on either. Don't let this opportunity slip away!
