4-Hour Customized Family Adventure in Osaka
[Introduction of a Local Guide]
Hi! Welcome to Japan! I'm Asuka and
I have two (6yo and almost 4yo) daughters and we live in Osaka city. In our free time, we like reading. So we would like to introduce you to our favorite & popular place, Children's Book Forest in Nakanoshima, Osaka. This is the new children’s cultural space built by a famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando, where you can enjoy over 17,000 donated children’s books picture books, and comic books from Japan and from abroad. As is named, it's kids kids-friendly place and I think it's an ideal place to see a bit of Japanese culture by reading books!
I and my kids will show you our favorite Japanese books (It would be great if you could find your favorite book here and let us know or if you could read us) and if the weather is nice we can bring some books out and browse them in the surrounding grassy areas and enjoy a picnic at Nakanoshima park.
Let's have a relaxing but joyful time with our kids in Osaka!
Optional:
If you (and your kids) seek more excitement, why don't you try the Osaka Duck Tour (an amphibious bus)? Its river station is within walking distance and it's a 90-minute tour.
I’d be happy to connect with you on ZOOM beforehand to discuss your plans.
