Hello everyone, we are very excited to invite you to our fun Yoga and Water play at the Temple in Takarazuka/Kobe!!
[Date] July 28th Sunday, 10:30 am~12:30 pm.
[Location] Fudoin Temple Takarazuka / Kobe
[Expected Number of participants] 6~10 Japanese families and international families.
[Languages] English and Japanese.
[Here is the plan]
Hi, everyone! We are very excited to do Moms and Kids Yoga together.
There will be 1 hour yoga class and 1 hour picnic and play outside.
In yoga class moms&kids will connect through yoga poses, games and relaxing time.
During lunch time we'll have a free chat about what it means to be a mindful parent or anything else.
Bring your own lunch box and drink.
