Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange the details.
We'll create a group chat with local families so you can get to know each other before meeting in person!
You can also join our free online events to meet Japanese kids before your trip, enjoy Japanese lessons, and start making new friends!
3. Meet, Play & Enjoy!
On the day of your event, meet local families, let the kids play together, and enjoy a memorable experience in Japan!

Yes! Tell us your preferred cities and weekend dates in the booking form. Our team will coordinate a suitable gathering with local families.
Q. Are these private events?
Community events are shared gatherings with local Japanese families and may include other visiting families. They are not private tours.

Q. Can we join more than one event?
Absolutely! You can book multiple community events during your trip.
Q. What happens after we pay?
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to coordinate the meetup details, including the location, date, and other important information.
We'll also create a group chat with your local host families so you can get to know each other before your meetup.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

We also host fun, free online events in English on Zoom three times a week.
Activities include Japanese lessons, cooking, Show & Tell, World Quiz, games, and more — many led by kids themselves!
