In the summer season, we have a local summer festival on weekends. If you are interested in visiting a Japanese local summer festival, don’t miss this chance!
We have big popular summer festivals as well as small local community summer festivals.
Depending on the timing of your visit to Tokyo, we will check the schedule of the local festival and arrange the plan, as much as possible.
Usually, it starts from 4 pm or 5 pm and ends around 9 pm or longer.
In the festival, your kids can enjoy it with local kids to look around the festival shops and try some local snacks together.
Some festivals have Bon-odori, a Japanese traditional summer festival dance. If you are lucky, we can join Bon-odori dance too.
If your kids are interested in wearing Japanese Yukata or Jinbei, you can rent it during the festival.
It will be the perfect experience during the Tokyo visit in the summer season!

16:00 – Meet at the station closest to the local festival location.
16:30 – Kids can change to Yukata or Jimbei. (optional)
17:00 – Go to the local summer festival and enjoy festival food, shops, and dance bon-odori if they have.
The detailed plan will be suggested depending on the festival location and your needs.
20:00 – Go back to the station.
