The experience was excellent and truly a highlight of our trip. Ai and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything felt natural and comfortable from the start.
My kids had an amazing time—learning to make takoyaki, playing together, and just being part of the home environment. It clearly made a strong impression on them, and they were still talking about it days later (and asking to make rice balls again at home).
What stood out most was how genuine and personal the experience felt—it wasn’t just an activity, it was a real connection.
